The only way to contact us
The simplest way to reach the people who run Predictor Reality Check is by e-mail at [email protected]. We do not have a phone line, a postal address or a chat service, and there is no contact form on the site.
Writing in English is easiest for us. Please put a short subject line on your e-mail so we can see at a glance what it is about.
Topics we can help with
Questions about how Aviator works, how the demo behaves or why we described something the way we did are all welcome. So are reports of errors. If a link on the site leads somewhere unexpected, please mention the page and the link text so we can check it. Suggestions for topics the guide should explain better are welcome as well.
Keep sensitive data out
Because we do not run accounts or handle money, there is no situation in which we need your ID, a password or your payment details. Sending them only creates risk for you. A short description of your question is all we need, plus a screenshot of the page if that helps, with personal details covered.
Operator issues are outside our reach
If your question is about money held by a gaming operator, or about a decision an operator made, we are the wrong people to ask. This site does not handle accounts or payments. Under Indian law in force since 1 May 2026, online money games are prohibited, so we also do not recommend any platform.
After you write
Every e-mail that reaches [email protected] is read by a person. Replies depend on what you ask and on how much checking is needed, so we do not give a fixed timeframe. If you need help urgently with stress or gambling worries, call Tele-MANAS on 14416, which is free and open at all hours.
